(broken into three six-week intervals)
Part One: The Six Levels of Awareness
- Week One = Inner Awareness / Self Awareness
- Week Two = Social Awareness (Part One - see below for chart)
- Week Three = Social Awareness (Part Two - see below for chart)
- Week Four = Organizational Awareness
- Week Five = World Awareness
- Week Six = Metacognition / Mindfulness
Each week, the class would be structured something like this: (of course, there is a lot of space here to be derailed as often happens when dealing with overcoming grief and loss)
- Breathing
- Check-ins
- Quick Community Building exercise
- Explain Inner Awareness/Self Awareness
- Around the Room - Each person to share where they are: for example, inner awareness and self awareness
- Do you like yourself? Love yourself? Hate yourself?
- Are you in touch with your emotions most of the them?
- What is your baseline level of contentment?
- How would others describe you?
- How do you describe you?
- Questions (from anyone)
- Closing & Healing!
Part Two: The GRACE Method
(for healing past events)
- Week One = G is for Going Deep
- Week Two = R is for Responsibility
- Week Three = A is to Activate Your Emotions
- Week Four = C is for Compassion
- Week Five = E is for Evolve
- Week Six = Summary & Readings
Each week, the class would be structured something like this: (of course, there is a lot of space here to be derailed as often happens when dealing with overcoming grief)

- Quick Community Building exercise
- Explain GRACE Method (each week)
- Around the Room - Each person to share:
- A past challenge/obstacle/loss/trauma
- Example, Go Deep: Tell the Story from your side. Tell the story from the other person’s side.
- Example, Responsibility: we will discuss the responsibility / accountability you learned from telling the story from both sides
- Example, Activate: we will dive into leaning into your emotions
- What are you struggling with? And why?
- What will you do about it?
- Questions (from anyone)

Part Three: The SMILE Method
(for healing current events)
- Week One = S is for Shock
- Week Two = M is for Mock-cceptance
- Week Three = I is for In-Overwhelmdom
- Week Four = L is for Learning
- Week Five = E is for Embrace
- Week Six = Summary & Readings
